Mrs. Ukinebo Dare
Mrs. Ukinebo Dare is the Head Career Transitions at Mastercard Foundation, the executive chairman of the Edo State Skills Development Agency and previously the Managing Director which has impacted over 200,000 beneficiaries through initiatives such as the Edo Innovates, Edo Creative Hub, Edo Food and Agric cluster and Edo Production Center.
She is passionate about Job creation and human development which led her to setting up the Poise Graduate Finishing School (PGFA) IN 2010 which achieved an 87% employment rate of its graduates and earned endorsements from the Nigerian National Universities Commission.
She has been credited for the execution of employability intervention projects and vocational skills programs Nationwide in partnership with organizations such as Oxfam International, SOS Kinderdorpen, Google Nigeria, Microsoft Nigeria, Butterfly Works.
She has attended Benson Idahosa University, the University of Bradford, UK and Clark Atlanta University, USA.
Her passion for job creation and human capacity development has earned her several recognitions such as the Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2017, Ford Foundation Prize for Youth Employment in 2015. She was also selected as one of the recipients of the Most Influential People of African Descent under 40 in 2019 etc.
